And that's all fine and dandy, but so often a salesman, especially stockbrokers, lawyers, used car salesmen and other debris will BS you and the story they tell is a story of fraud and wrong, lies and misdirection or a direct lie. Now we all know that the lawyer lied and used car salesman will tell you for sure this car does not come from Hurricane Katrina New Orleans Flood Soup Bowl as a car. Stockbroker's will always say this is a hot stock to get a commission, as the truth of their work? Now, does that make what they do right?
I submit to you that if a Professional Sales Coach and they tell you that the story is the best way to sell, they sure as sheet should tell you that to tell a true story is the right way to sell. Not make some bull crap that they claim repeatedly to get people to buy their products or services or pay outrageous attorney fees, while they bent you over and over again.
If you are into selling and did not say, then maybe you can use stories as a way to boost your sales. Just do not tell me one thing the same story twice and only telling true stories. I would really appreciate it. Consider all this in the year 2006.
